Please read these terms carefully before using the infinity88 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions set out below. These terms apply to all members in the Philippines.

By accessing or using the infinity88 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and infinity88. infinity88 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. infinity88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.
Each member is permitted to hold only one account on the infinity88 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify infinity88 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. infinity88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All transactions on the infinity88 platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, or local bank transfer, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed. infinity88 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Deposits made using funds that are not your own, or through payment methods not registered in your name, may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on the infinity88 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotion page. All bonuses are credited in Philippine pesos and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated clearly for each individual promotion. infinity88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in active use will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other methods intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per payment method.
All bets placed on the infinity88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. infinity88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of infinity88 shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these terms. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at the discretion of infinity88. Bets accepted in error — including those placed at clearly incorrect odds — may be voided and stakes returned to the member's account balance.

The platform provides tools to help members manage their activity, including the ability to set deposit limits and request self-exclusion. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the infinity88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
infinity88 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour and reserves the right to take action — including account closure and fund forfeiture — where such behaviour is detected or reasonably suspected.
All content on the infinity88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of infinity88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written permission of infinity88. The infinity88 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to infinity88 beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, infinity88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. infinity88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. In all cases, infinity88's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
infinity88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with applicable regulations. infinity88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require retention of certain records. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
